98plr Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "98plr," "We," "Us," "Our" — refers to the operator of the 98plr platform, operating under a valid international gaming license.
• "Platform" — refers to the 98plr website accessible at 98plr.net, including all sub-pages, the mobile-optimised interface, and any associated applications made available to members.
• "Member," "You," "Your" — refers to any individual who has completed the registration process and holds a verified account on the 98plr platform.
• "Account" — the individual registered account held by a Member, through which all platform services are accessed and all PKR transactions are processed.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in a Member's account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or approved equivalent currency.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit credits issued by 98plr to a Member's account, subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, comprising identity document submission and additional documentation as required by 98plr's compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Member must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — any action or omission described in Section 9 of these Terms & Conditions that 98plr expressly prohibits on the platform.

By accessing the 98plr platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering, depositing funds, placing wagers, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 98plr platform and close any account you hold. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 98plr, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 98plr enforces a strict minimum age policy and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 98plr is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating the account in a professional gambling capacity on behalf of a third party unless expressly authorised in writing by 98plr.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of 98plr or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 98plr or any other gaming operator, that would prohibit you from holding an active gambling account.

Registration on 98plr requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration details and to notify 98plr promptly of any changes. 98plr reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point during your membership.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one 98plr account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 9. 98plr employs technical measures to identify duplicate accounts and will close all duplicate registrations upon detection.

KYC Verification: All accounts must complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed. KYC documentation typically includes a valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Additional documentation may be required at 98plr's discretion, including source of funds documentation for high-value accounts.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 98plr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting our support team via live chat or email.

98plr accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All real-money deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated at the cashier for cryptocurrency transactions. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 unless a specific promotional condition requires a higher minimum.

Deposit Restrictions: All funds deposited to your 98plr account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, 98plr reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation and to return the funds to their source.

Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Allied Bank may take up to two business hours depending on the time of transaction. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following blockchain confirmation, typically within 10–30 minutes.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4. 98plr will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed identity verification. Withdrawal requests must be submitted via the account dashboard using the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

Processing Times: Verified accounts submitting withdrawal requests via JazzCash or EasyPaisa will ordinarily receive funds within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Allied Bank are processed within one to three business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within two hours of approval, subject to blockchain conditions.

Withdrawal Conditions: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• A minimum withdrawal amount of PKR 500 applies to all methods.
• Only real-money balance may be withdrawn. Bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• 98plr reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding PKR 50,000 per transaction or PKR 200,000 per calendar month, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or placed under review if 98plr identifies irregular betting patterns, suspected bonus abuse, or other compliance concerns pending investigation.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in your account dashboard. In the event of a conflict between general Terms & Conditions and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available only to members who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Table games, live dealer games, and sports betting contributions are stated in the applicable bonus terms and may be lower or excluded entirely.
• 98plr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a bonus has already been issued to a member's account, the member retains the right to complete any active wagering requirement within the originally stated timeframe.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to wagering on low-variance outcomes to clear requirements, coordinated bonus exploitation, or exploitation of technical errors, will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the 98plr platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. 98plr hosts games from licensed and independently audited providers. The outcome of all games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live dealer outcomes, as applicable to the specific game type.

Bets and Wagers: Once a bet has been confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified. In the event of a technical malfunction occurring during a game session that prevents a result from being determined, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance. 98plr's decision on the outcome of disputed game results, made in consultation with the relevant game provider, is final.

Sports Betting: Sports betting markets on 98plr, including all cricket and PSL markets, are governed by the specific sport rules published in the sportsbook. In-play bets accepted after an event has already concluded due to data transmission delays will be voided. 98plr reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts on any market at any time without prior notice.

Currency: All wagers placed via the 98plr platform are denominated in PKR unless the member has selected a cryptocurrency wallet denomination, in which case the applicable exchange rate at the time of bet placement applies.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 98plr platform. Any member found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of the breach, in addition to any legal remedies 98plr may pursue:

• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent communication with 98plr.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, script, or automated tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, technical malfunctions, or pricing errors to generate profits that would not have been achievable under normal platform operation.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Using the platform to launder money, fund illegal activity, or circumvent applicable financial regulations.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including pattern betting specifically designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine recreational intent.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 98plr staff, other members, or live dealers in any communication channel.

All content available on the 98plr platform, including but not limited to the 98plr brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software, is the intellectual property of 98plr or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 98plr platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of 98plr.

Unauthorised use of 98plr's intellectual property may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98plr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any interruption to platform availability.

Platform Availability: 98plr makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day. However, 98plr does not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 98plr's reasonable control.

Third-Party Services: 98plr is not responsible for the conduct, policies, or practices of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers whose services are integrated into the platform. Any disputes with third-party service providers must be directed to those providers directly.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 98plr's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

98plr is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all platform services. Gaming should be an enjoyable recreational activity. If it stops being enjoyable, or if it begins to affect your personal finances, relationships, or mental wellbeing, it has crossed into problem territory and action should be taken immediately.

Tools Available to All Members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session time reminders or hard session cutoffs to manage the amount of time you spend on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a mandatory break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which your account will be restricted from all real-money activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request self-exclusion from the 98plr platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, 98plr will suppress all marketing communications to your registered contact details.

Suspension and Closure by 98plr: 98plr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Detection of duplicate account registration.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account procedures.

Where an account is closed by 98plr due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money funds deposited by the member and not subject to any ongoing investigation or dispute will be returned following the conclusion of the relevant review process.

98plr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they meaningfully affect the rights or obligations of existing members — 98plr will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the 98plr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms & Conditions is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing this document periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations as a 98plr member.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 98plr holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 98plr platform shall first be subject to the internal dispute resolution procedure described below before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.

Dispute Resolution Procedure:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed written description of your complaint to the 98plr support team via the live chat function or by email to [email protected]. Include your account username, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting documentation.

• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with 98plr's initial response, you may request escalation to a senior compliance officer within 14 days of receiving the initial decision. The escalated review will be completed within a further ten business days.

98plr will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Neither party waives any rights by participating in the internal dispute resolution process prior to initiating any formal proceedings available under applicable law.
